Founded by Steve Weller, Bell Lap Coaching brings a practical and scientific approach to training, offering a variety of coaching packages depending on your needs and athletic goals!  Steve has coached Kat up through the ranks and has been instrumental in helping her make the transition to the professional level.  Kat has always been especially appreciative of Steve's encouragement and his talent for creating challenging and realistic training plans that make it easier for her to balance her cycling goals with work, school, family, etc.  Not to mention Steve has great perspective and a sense of humor which makes him a joy to work!

Avenues Yoga, based in Salt Lake City, UT, generously hosted a donation-based yoga class to raise money for team entry fees. With a motto of "Yoga Is For Everyone", check them out if you are in town, no matter if you are a master yogi or it's your first class!
